For many people, creatine is still seen as something reserved for bodybuilders or high-performance athletes. It’s often linked with muscle gain, gym culture, and sports performance, and while those benefits are real, they only tell part of the story.

Is Creatine Safe?
Creatine is one of the most extensively studied supplements available, with a strong safety profile in healthy populations.
At commonly used doses (around 3-5 g/day), is has not been shown to adversely affect kidney or liver function in healthy individuals.
However, certain groups, such as those with existing kidney conditions, or women who are pregnant or trying to conceive, should seek personalised guidance before supplementing, as research in these populations remains limited.
