Skin Health Webinar
Skin conditions are a much more common health issue than you might have thought. Almost 1 in 4 Britons suffer from a skin condition. They affect between 30% and 70% of people worldwide, with a remarkable estimated 94 million Europeans experiencing a skin condition. Skin related complaints represent the most frequent reason for consultation in general practice.
More than 3000 skin diseases have been described, both acute and chronic, that affect individuals of all ages and social conditions. They may pose a heavy burden on clients in terms of quality of life impairment and costs. Antony will explore nutritional support for the most common skin conditions: eczema, fungal skin infections, seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, psoriasis, vitiligo, acne, hives, cold sores and warts.
Antony will also uncover the common foods which affect our skin, and how this influences our gut microbiome which in turn affects skin health. In addition he will detail the nutrients which nourish, protect and support our skin.
