Asthma & Respiratory Webinar

Hundreds of millions of people suffer from asthma and double that number from other chronic respiratory conditions (CRCs). The increase over the past fifty years has been significant. These conditions represent one of the leading causes of premature death, contribute to untold suffering and reduced quality of life, but also incur inestimable costs.

Air pollution and exposure to allergens such as dust mites are recognisably the most direct causes of respiratory conditions such as asthma. Medical intervention with appropriate pharmaceuticals can be life-saving as well as provide vital management of asthma. However, all of the chronic respiratory conditions are chronic inflammatory disorders and they can be mitigated by reducing the body’s overall inflammation with dietary and lifestyle choices.

In this webinar, Antony describes the nutritional means to reduce the severity of the signs and symptoms as well as the need for medications.
