Description
Intenzyme Forte is a combination of plant and animal-derived enzymes including chymotrypsin. It provides enzymes for digestive purposes that are active over a wide pH within the GI tract. In addition these enzymes can be taken on an empty stomach for different purposes entirely; Intenzyme Forte has a reputation of being a very powerful natural anti-inflammatory and is of significant support to combat the swelling and more rapid recovery of injuries.
Why take enzymes in supplement form?
The diet provides less enzymes than it used to, and many factors dispose us to needing more for optimal function, not least being stress and “time rush”. Being busy effectively switches on the sympathetic nervous system and this diminishes digestive enzyme output.
Supportive Recommendations
Eat regular meals containing high biological value proteins and consume whole, fresh foods, and minimise all forms of refined sugar and carbohydrates. Drink plenty of fresh water. Chew food well, and relax when eating. Take some form of exercise daily.
