The product CLA is an all-natural source of Conjugated Linoleic Acid. CLA is a type of polyunsaturated, omega-6 fatty acid. It’s found vegetable oils, dairy and grass-fed meat such as beef.
CLA may be used to support a healthy metabolism, and potentially may help preserve lean muscle mass when dieting, along with sufficient protein (1.6gm/kg).
