Bio-3B-G tablets provide 4.5 mg (300 percent of the recommended daily value) of thiamine (vitamin B1) in its most bioavailable (easily absorbed) form. This valuable nutrient is crucial for the processing of carbohydrates‚ fats‚ and proteins. Among other functions‚ thiamine is also utilised in the formation of blood‚ helping you maintain proper blood circulation‚ and optimizing cognitive functioning. This supplement also contains riboflavin (vitamin B2) in the form of riboflavin-5-phosphate. Vitamin B2 is vital to the production of red blood cells and unlocking energy from the carbohydrates you eat.
Directions for use
Three (3) tablets three (3) times each day as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
