Why support the immune system with supplements?
Normal functions in the body rely on a balance between free radicals and antioxidants. When a condition reflects compromised immunity, this balance is almost always disturbed. This warrants remedial support over and above what a healthy diet can provide. Wholly Immune contains antioxidant nutrients including beta-carotene, coenzyme Q10, lipoic acid, selenium, bioflavonoid complex, glutathione, and vitamins E and C. The nutraceuticals, herbs and herbal extracts, such as lycopene, grape seed extract, quercetin, sulforaphane, green tea extract, mushroom extract, turmeric, ginseng, milk thistle extract, olive leaf extract and astragalus also collectively provide antioxidant activity, as well as direct immune enhancing properties.
Supportive Recommendations
Consume whole, fresh foods, and minimise all forms of refined sugar and carbohydrates. Drink plenty of fresh, filtered water, and get plenty of fresh air. Meditation has been found to increase immune function, as has listening to certain types of music. Laughter is an important immune support too. Where appropriate, gentle or moderate exercise is an integral part of an immune supportive programme. Get plenty of consistently good sleep.

Directions for use
As a food supplement, take 1 level scoop one per day, mixed with water or other liquid.

Do not use if tamper evident seal is missing or broken. Store in a cool dry place, tightly capped. Some settling may occur. Contraindicated with use of aluminum containing drugs.
