Description
Kapparest provides 12 plants extracts and ingredients designed specifically to inhibit the inflammation-promoting NF-kB (nuclear factor transcription kappa B). Nine of the plant extracts have been shown to inhibit NF-kB, which is now recognised as the therapeutic target of intervention in a range of inflammatory conditions.
Why take anti-inflammatory herbs in supplement form?
The concentrated extracts of plants and herbs have a much more potent effect than the ‘dose’ of culinary herbs one might consume in the diet. In inflammatory conditions there is a need to suppress inflammation with an effect greater than from the diet alone, and concentrated extracts can have a potent impact on inflammation. This formula has a track record of providing relief for a range of pain conditions from musculo-skeletal conditions to digestive disorders.
Supportive Recommendations
Eat regular meals containing high biological value proteins and consume whole, fresh foods, and minimise all forms of refined sugar and carbohydrates. Drink plenty of fresh water. Chew food well, and relax when eating. Take some form of exercise daily.
