This webinar will be presented by Karen, she will share information on the history of toxins, the various types, where they are found, where we store them, how they interact with human physiology and how our body attempts to deal with them.
Webinar 2 - Monday 12th May, 12-1pm
Detoxification Pathways Including in the Gut
This webinar will be presented by Antony, with the help of diagrams and functional lab test examples, he will identify our body’s innate detox pathways, as well as clarify what toxins they typically process.
Webinar 3 - Friday 16th May, 12-1pm
All About Eliminations
Karen will go through the elimination giants of our bodies – the Bowel and the Lymphatic System. Without optimal functioning of the bowel and lymphatics (as well as kidneys), detoxification is much harder work as toxins can be, and are, recycled in attempts to store them out of harm’s way.

A Deeper Focus on Foods, and the Mental/emotional and Spiritual Aspects of Detoxification
Our mental, emotional and spiritual bodies cannot be separated, especially when we are detox focused as so many emotions, feelings and thoughts can arise when we release toxic waste. We will discuss this in more detail.
Webinar 5 - Friday 23rd May, 12-1pm
Wrapping Up, Focus on Specific Supplement Suggestions for Specific Detox Needs
Here we summarise the importance of detox, and identify what specific nutrients and supplements may be suitable for specific detox pathways. This will include the various means to support glutathione levels in the body, how to support glucuronidation and the other major Phase II conjugation pathways. Antony will also introduce natural chelating agents and Membrane Replacement Therapy as adjunctive supports for our body’s detoxification of toxins.
