Additional information
Psyllium Husk Powder is a source of soluble dietary fibre that is not digested or absorbed but rather passes through the gut supporting digestive health. It is used as a bulk-forming laxative as it works by increasing stool size and therefore may help to relieve constipation. Citrus pectin is another soluble fibre that can absorb toxins, as well as promoting healthy bowel movements.
Use: 4 capsules daily with food (2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch) or as directed by a practitioner.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
