Nutrigold’s Castor Oil Compress has been carefully designed to provide a comfortable, convenient, and reusable way to incorporate castor oil packs into your wellness routine.
 
The inner layer is made from GOTS-certified 100% organic cotton fleece, providing a soft, breathable surface that sits comfortably against the skin. Unlike synthetic polyester fleece, organic cotton is a natural fibre produced without harmful chemicals, making it a gentle choice for regular use.
 
The outer layer is crafted from a water-resistance blend of 60% cotton and 40% polyester, helping to minimise leakage, and protect clothing, bedding etc during use.
 
Designed with both comfort and practicality in mind, the Nutrigold Castor Oil Compress is suitable for repeated use and can be easily secured around the desired area of the body, allowing you to relax during your castor oil application.
 
How to Use -
 
Lay your castor oil compress with the fleece side up on a flat surface and add 2-3 tablespoons of Nutrigold’s Organic Castor oil in the middle of the compress, avoiding all the seams. Once it is in the centre, fold the compress in half and press a little to help spread the oil evenly.
 
Open the compress and with the oil side down, place around the area you need and then tie the straps around your body to keep in place.
 
After each application you can use less oil, around 1 tablespoon each time.
 
Wear for a minimum of an hour, can be used several times per week or daily especially during a detox or if needed.
 
Keep your used compress in a glass container in the fridge in between uses to prevent the oil from rancidity and oxidation, take out of the fridge on the day of use for an hour or so then apply the other tablespoon of oil before placing on the body.
 
Care Instructions –
 
•    Hand wash only, avoid putting into the washing machine due to the oil. You can add to the machine once the oil is removed if you feel you need to.
•    Allow to air dry before use – do not tumble dry
•    We suggest around 15 uses before it needs washing.
•    If using several times per week it is ideal to wash it weekly, if only using 1-2 x weekly then you can wash after 4-6 applications
•    Discard after 3 months and replace with a new one.
