Mixed Ascorbates with Bioflavonoids along with SOD and Catalase, supplying 850mg of Vitamin C in a buffered form per tablet, as well as calcium and magnesium, which supports those with a sensitive or compromised digestive system. Using the buffered form of Vitamin C allows for greater dosages without causing bowel distress. Vitamin C contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise, normal collagen formation as well as support for blood vessels, bones, cartilages, gums, skin and teeth. It also increases non-haem iron absorption. Vitamin C also helps to protect cells from oxidative stress, reduces tiredness and fatigue and helps in the regeneration of the reduced form of Vitamin E.

Directions for use

One (1) tablet each day as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
