Vitamin K is also included in this formula because it's required for osteocalcin synthesis - the protein responsible for attracting calcium to bone tissue. Additionally, Osteo-B Plus® provides B-Complex vitamins and vitamin C to further enhance its effectiveness. Directions for use
Three (3) tablets each day as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Caution: Long term intake of 5mg of Manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue.
