Manayupa leaf extract (Desmodium molliculum, a perennial plant from South America) contains numerous valuable plant substances, including polyphenols, flavonoids (including quercetin and luteolin) and alkaloids. Flavonoids such as quercetin in particular are associated with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Burbur is effective in aiding detoxification of the liver, kidneys, lymphatic system and the ground matrix.
Burbur is commonly used in conjunction with antimicrobials produced by Nutramedix like Samento, Banderol and Cumanda.
In many cases a significant healing crisis (Herxheimer's reaction) can be dramatically reduced or eliminated with the frequent use of Burbur, approximately every 10 minutes.
Anise stem extract (Pimpinella anisum) is rich in essential oils such as eugenol and trans-anethole. Eugenol is said to have a detoxifying property on the nervous system and thus have a positive effect on neurological performance. In addition, anise is traditionally said to have a supporting function for the liver, kidneys and the gastrointestinal tract.
Pinella is reported to be very effective in eliminating both man-made and biotoxins from the body. Burbur and Pinella are both integral components of the Cowden Support Program, a Lyme disease protocol developed by Wm. Lee Cowden, MD. The combination of Burbur and Pinella is very effective when a Herxheimer-like reaction is suspected.

Directions For Use
Shake well before each use. Put 20 drops in 120 mL of water and wait one minute before drinking. Take up to three times per day as required, or as directed by a health professional.
Precautions: Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Avoid use if any adverse reactions are noted. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed maximum recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
