Longevity & Skin

Living a long and healthy life is what we all desire for ourselves, family and friends. This has been a preoccupation for centuries, with the quest for an elixir of long life being the subject of Hollywood movies, and in more recent times from supplement manufacturers.

However, the desire to look young has an even more potent market reach with billions being spent on skin products. Whilst there are no doubt visible benefits from some of these superficial creams and potions, we know that youthfulness truly comes from within and not from without.

Antony provides a review of what it truly takes, nutrition-wise, to have healthy, youthful looking skin whilst simultaneously achieving the same rejuvenating effects on the inside of our bodies. This very same approach is also the ultimate disease prevention programme. Unlike a cosmetic approach, Sine we cannot stop the aging process, Antony will present recommendations for and a rationale behind a “slowest aging optimal nutrition programme” – from both food and from specific supplements.
