Aqueous Zinc™ supplies a liquid form of the mineral zinc.
Why take a zinc supplement in liquid form?
Zinc is one of the most important minerals in the body due to its essential role in excess of 300 enzymes. From protein and amino acid metabolism, immunity, detoxification and myelin sheath production and the hormone insulin zinc is a multi-tasking mineral. It is also typically low in the diet and needed in additional amounts than that provided by the diet alone. There are also dietary and lifestyle factors that deplete levels, further increasing need.
The liquid form enables children and those who cannot swallow tablets to ingest adequate levels of zinc.
Supportive Recommendations
Eat regular meals containing high biological value proteins and consume whole, fresh foods, and minimise all forms of refined sugar and carbohydrates. Drink plenty of fresh water. Chew food well, and relax when eating. Take some form of exercise daily. Take adequate rest and recovery time after intense exercise.

Directions for use
