What is the difference between the individual bottles of BodyBio Liquid Minerals and BodyBio Pre-Mixed Liquid Minerals?
Pre-Mixed Liquid Minerals do not include Liquid Minerals #4 (Copper), #8 (Selenium), or #9 (Iodine). You should (if your taste test agrees) take #4 and/or #8 in addition to the Pre-Mix. (We do not test for #9).

The Pre-Mix can be stored for approximately 1 year.
What is the recommended dosage of BodyBio Pre-Mixed Liquid Minerals?
¼ ounce of Pre-Mixed Liquid Minerals to 8 ounces of juice.
How long will 1 bottle of Pre-Mixed Liquid Minerals last?
Since Pre-Mixed Liquid Minerals are sold in 8 ounce bottles, there are approximately 32 single servings in each; 32 days if you take 1 serving a day or 16 days if you take 2 servings.
Can Pre-Mixed Minerals be taken on an empty stomach?

Are there any side effects from using the PreMix?
No side effects have ever been reported.
Directions for use
Shake well. Mix 1/4 fl. oz (7.5ml or 1 1/2 tsp.) of the Pre-Mixed Liquid Minerals daily with your favorite juice, (orange, grapefruit or plain H2O). Test yourself frequently (at least weekly) to find which ones you need (or don't need). If needed, please add in 4 drops of #4, 3 drops of #8 and 3 drops of #9.
