BioDophilus-FOS™ is a pleasant tasting powder that supplies the probiotics Lactobacillus acidophilus (DDS-1 strain)‚ and Bifidobacterium bifidum in a prebiotic base of fructooligosaccharides. Each 1/2 teaspoon supplies 3 billion organisms‚ along with 1‚200 mg of beet sourced Fructooligosaccharides.
Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS 1 is a human-derived probiotic strain has been shown to normalise bowel habits and stool consistency, it is a highly resistant probiotic that is capable of surviving the high acidity of the stomach.
WHY SUPPLEMENT WITH BIODOPHILUS-FOS?
To balance intestinal flora.
Where there are cases of candida and other forms of dysbiosis.
Following a course of antibiotics or an anti-microbial programme.
Mix one-half (1/2) teaspoon (approximately 1.5 grams) into six (6) to eight (8) fluid ounces of water or beverage of choice, as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
Note: This product contains an ultra-trace amount (<0.03 ppm) of milk constituents, which are used in the fermentation of the probiotic ingredients.
