B Vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and functioning of the nervous system, normal heart function, maintenance of mucous membranes and skin as well as reduction of tiredness and fatigue, synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, Vitamin D and some Neurotransmitters. B Vitamins also contribute to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Directions for use
One (1) tablet each day as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used as a substitue for a varied diet.
Caution: Long term intake of 50mg vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
